Terms & Conditions

Rates
The minimum rental period is 24 hours with excess hours charged at 1/3 the daily rate. Rates are quoted in UAE Dirham (Dhs.) and are subject to change without prior notice. The cost of fuel and refueling will be charged to the renter.

Insurance
All vehicles are comprehensively insured including Third Party Liability. All insurance clauses are subject to the laws of the UAE and are restricted to the confines of the UAE. If Collision Damage Waiver (CDW) has not been accepted and purchased by the renter, the renter will be liable for the first Dhs.1,500 for any damage repair costs to the rented vehicle, which can not be recovered against a third party. Additional Personal Accident Insurance (PAI) for the drivers and passengers in case of death or bodily injury whilst in the rented vehicle will apply if this option has been purchased by the renter.

Accident
In the event of an accident, or if the vehicle is damaged whilst stationary, the renter must notify the police immediately and obtain a police report. Failure to submit a police report will render the renter liable for all costs incurred to repair the rented vehicle, irrespective of whether CDW has been purchased or not.

Payment
The estimated cost of the rental and insurance charges is payable in advance in addition to a refundable deposit. Royal Choice Passenger Bus Transport LLC reserves the right to hold as security the renter's passport and/or identity card for the duration of the rental.

Driving License
All drivers must have held a valid driving license for a minimum of one year. UAE residents require a valid UAE license. An international Driving License along with a valid national driving license from the issuing country is preferred and is compulsory for several nationalities.

Age
All drivers must be 22 years or above and holder of valid driving license for over 1 year.

Delivery & Notification
Free of charge within normal office hours (0900-1800) and city limits. Outside these hours and city limits and on Fridays and Public Holidays, a minimum charge of Dhs.50 will be levied.

International Borders
Visitors must NOT drive out of the UAE.
